Cognition Video is an intelligent platform for extracting value from video data. It is built around a disruptive open design and includes a suite of best-in-class video processing algorithms. The team is based in the Centre for Secure Information Technologies, which is a research institute within Queen’s University Belfast. 14 research, engineering and commercial staff have contributed to the platform over a five year research and development programme. We a currently engaged in the InvestNI Proof of Concept programme, building our commercial prototype ready for deployment towards the end of 2015.
